Celes' Skill- Runic Blade
 
During her training in the empire, Celes became a powerful Rune Knight. She learned the art of the Runic Blade.
With the right weapon in hand, Celes can draw the next spell cast into herself. When the spell is cast, she holds her sword up high, and catches the spell. The spell is then transfered into MP.
This is an excellent skill during battles where a lot of magic is used. Just be warned that Celes will even catch ally's spells. If you wish to cast a spell, wait until Celes has performed her Runic Blade first. That way you do not end up wasting the spell.
